14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal, for any reason. Write to support@bempensato.com with your order number (you can find it in your receipt or at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders). We may ask what went wrong so we can improve, but answering is optional.
How refunds are processed
Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, the license key is disabled. Your site keeps working with the free version of the plugin.
Subscriptions
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time to stop future renewals. The license remains valid until the end of the paid year. A renewal can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.
After 14 days
After 14 days we can still help: if the plugin has a defect we can't fix, contact us and we will find a fair solution, including a partial or full refund where appropriate.
