Common questions
I lost my license key.
Visit app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and sign in with the email you used at checkout. All your keys and receipts are there.
How do I move my license to another site?
Open the plugin page in the EmDash admin of the old site and click “Deactivate on this site”. Then activate the key on the new site. If the old site is gone, email us and we'll free the activation.
The plugin says my license is invalid.
Check that the key is activated on this exact domain. If your site couldn't reach the license server, everything keeps working and the check retries automatically. Still stuck? Email us with your order number.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@bempensato.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
